The past weeks have been turbulent as the news broke that an Administrator had been appointed at Lola Cars International Limited and Lola Composites Limited. We hope that a positive outcome will emerge from the Administration period.
REBELLION Racing secured first and second place amongst the FIA WEC LMP1 Privateers at the 6 Hours of Spa with their #12 and #13 B12/60 Lola-Toyotas; 5th and 6th overall, the first two non-Audi factory cars and the first two petrol powered cars home.
Neel Jani achieved the fifth fastest time in the qualifying session for the 6 Hours of Spa and in so doing placed the B12/60 Lola-Rebellion # 12 as the first of the petrol prototypes and first FIA WEC privateer entrant. With a lap time of 2'04''234, the swiss driver powered his Lola B12/60 up just behind the four Audi diesel cars.
